Shipping Conditions

Delivery of goods is available within the EU.

For delivery outside the EU, please contact us at team@kanela.one.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs, including VAT, are already included in the indicated prices of the furniture unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany and Austria takes place within 4 - 15 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options.
